2. Acceptance

By visiting the site, creating an account or using the client portal, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Services

We build websites, web and mobile applications and business software, and provide related design and maintenance services. The content of this site is informational and is not a binding offer. The scope, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a separate quote or contract, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

4. Accounts and the client portal

  • You must provide accurate details when creating an account and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out under your account.
  • Accounts may not be transferred or shared with third parties without our prior consent.
  • You must notify us without delay of any unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend or close an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed per engagement and stated in the quote. Invoices are issued on the agreed schedule and the payment deadline is shown on the invoice itself. Statutory default interest applies to amounts not paid by the deadline.

Card payments are handled by Stripe or NestPay. Card details are entered directly with the processor — we neither access nor store them.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — copy, design, logo and code — is our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Rights to bespoke software transfer to the client once all agreed obligations are settled, to the extent set out in the contract. This excludes third-party components (open-source libraries and licensed tools), which remain under their own licences, as well as our general libraries, tooling and know-how used across projects.

7. Content you upload

For any document, text or image you upload to the portal, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights. That content remains yours; you grant us a licence only to the extent needed to deliver the agreed service.

8. Acceptable use

When using the site and portal you may not:

  • compromise system security or attempt unauthorised access,
  • load the infrastructure with automated requests beyond normal use,
  • upload malicious code or unlawful content,
  • use the services contrary to the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site and portal continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our control. Where practical, we announce planned maintenance affecting the portal in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for lost profit, data loss or indirect damage arising from use of the site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

11. Ending use

You may close your account at any time by writing to our email address. Ending your use of the portal does not affect obligations already incurred, nor records we are required by law to retain.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms to reflect changes in the law or in our services. Amendments take effect when published on this page. Portal users are notified by email of material changes.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes not resolved by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.
